Big Bear Snow Gallery

This is a gallery of pictures I took a couple years ago in Big Bear, California. I explain these throughout the gallery, but to sum it up: I had been up on the mountain from my desert home the prior day, which had ben clear and warm with no snow fall and no snow on the ground. Unfortunately I ran out of time to get all the pictures I needed, so I had to scoot up the hill a second time. My boy, Scotty, volunteered to drive me up, because he wanted to test his new Jetta, and his driving skills, on mountain roads. We were not expecting snow, were pretty surprised by it as a matter of fact, and had dressed for the weather we had left, sunny and warm. At one point his car started sliding down the last hill to the target location, so I got out and walked the last 1/8 to 1/4 mile up the icy, snowy hill. Anyway, here are the pictures I gathered while up there.
